I Need A Dairy Goat~Goat Milk Kefir

In the beginning of my journey, I decided to remove dairy from my diet.  I had always heard of the amazing benefits of local RAW milk and then Raw Goat Milk came to mind as well.  I began getting local raw goat milk from another town, but driving there weekly was a challenge and keeping my family supplied was difficult.

This past year, I was blessed with the opportunity to care for and milk an amazing milker and friend.  This is Mama Molly and her daughter, Peaches.

If you have never tried fresh clean Nubian goats milk, you are really missing out.  It is rich and creamy and very sweet.

I made milk kefir with my raw milk and this is great for probiotics.

Put this on your list of things to do for your health…

To Do List

  1. Get a dairy goat
  2. Milk a dairy goat
  3. Make your own probiotic kefir

Proverbs 27:

23 Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds.

24 For riches are not for ever: and doth the crown endure to every generation?

25 The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered.

26 The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.

27 And thou shalt have goats’ milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens.
