Pregnancy Pointers

There are some of us who struggle with chronic sickness and infections, from allergy symptoms to UTI’s and more.  As you may know, infections and prescribed treatments can cause complications in pregnancy and parasite cleansing is simply not an option while pregnant or nursing. 

Here is how I managed to maintain my health while PREGNANT and nursing and they are even fairly safe for kids.

I always pray to God for direction and listen to my body to do what feels right for me.  This is not medically referenced but simply from my own experience.  I did not find any complications for me.  AGAIN USE CAUTION AND TRUST YOUR BODY IF YOU HAVE SIGNS OF DISTRESS.

1.  Diet

Avoid all sugar dairy and grains as much as possible.  You would do best to eliminate them completely.

2.  Water

Drink plenty of clean filtered water.

3.  Eat lots of

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Pumpkin seeds and pineapple juice blended together
  • Coconut oil

Try this simple home remedy.  Make ahead and use often with any symptoms of illness or infections.

4.  Supplement with

Be sure to keep bowels freely moving.

3.  Hygiene

Detox baths at night

  • Borax and vinegar​ 1/2 – 1 C each thieves 8-10 drops diluted in a soap base to evenly distribute and avoid burns

Shower in am if you have any signs of intestinal worms with anal itching.  Worms and parasites are nocturnal.

change your panties regularly and wash or bag them immediately.

Wash laundry

Bag directly out of dryer according to each persons items.

Clean house

Thyme and thieves are a great non toxic home cleaning option that do the job well.

Get everyone involved if possible.

Treat the whole family the same, as well as add..

  • Black walnut
  • wormwood *
  • cloves *


Group B Strep

With my fifth pregnancy, I had tested positive for Group B Strep and here is how I reversed the overgrowth and was tested negative 5 days later.  



  • Vaginal probiotics
    • I just used powdered Raw probiotic capsules and pushed them up inside a few times each day.
  • Probiotic foods and ferments
  • Raw Probiotics
    • I took double the recommended daily amount
  • Apple Cider Vinegar internally
    • I added 4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar to my water 2 times a day


  • Apple Cider Vinegar and Borax Detox Baths and used as a Douche
    • #1 – I Mixed the Borax and Vinegar in a Mason Jar
      • 2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
      • 1 C Borax
    • #2 – I made the Douche and set aside in a peri-bottle or other clean bottle
    • #3 – I bathed in the remaining Vinegar and Borax
    • #4 – I used the Douche mix
    • #5 – I rinsed off
    • #6 – Completely towel dried
  • Inserted a Raw Garlic Clove on a string vaginally (use a needle and thread it on for easy extraction)
  • Eat a few Raw Garlic Cloves or Healing Honey
  • Take Liposomal Vitamin C
  • GSE *
  • Olive Leaf Extract *

Others recommend

  • Coconut Oil for its naturally antiviral properties.
  • Vaginal plain organic yogurt vaginally.
  • Using a Chlorhexidine rinse vaginally before and during labor. (This is the usual protocol) there is evidence about the beneficial bacterial transfer during labor that brings this practice into question.

Note: stress makes things worse so use this time to slow down, ask for help, pamper yourself and know you are not alone.  By keeping your body clean inside and out, you will create an undesirable living environment for the infections and you will minimalize the effect it has on your body and growing baby.

Don’t forget to return to this and complete an full detox and cleanse after you wean your child and eliminate and lingering guests.

Antibiotics are dangerous while pregnant and should be carefully considered.  I personally will never take them again.

I have treated the flu, GBS and mastitis infections successfully and effectively with all of these treatments. REMEDIES FOR INFECTIONS

Flu- garlic, ginger, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, clean eating and more. The most important thing is water.

Mastitis– raw garlic clears up my achy-ness in one day.  Detox baths as stated above with Lavender essential oil and massaging the hard lumps of breast and nursing nursing nursing and rest.  Or pumping and rest. Hot, wet compresses. Rice heat packs do well to keep towels hot. Two of my friends have used my healing honey with the same fast overnight results.

The most important part of all this is process is to pray to God and to listen and trust your body to tell you to ease up or stop treating.
