Ultimately we must change our habits to get well or to prevent illness and disease. The keys to our healing stands with Jesus Christ and all he has revealed and all that God has provided.
He alone holds the keys. Eating right is simply an act of taking care of the bodies we have been given with the foods God has provided. I started out with recommendations from Laura Harris in her book, The 30 Day Faith Detox. She has great recipes and shopping guides every step of the way. If you need detailed and practical meal plans laid out for you, this may be your answer. I found them to be a little extreme and I simplified many of the recipes based on what I could afford. Either way, it is a good start for healing.
I pray God’s Spirit guides you in this journey that I am sure He has brought you here begin. Start slow and slowly buy only these items for a while. At the same time giving away, donating, or gradually consuming and not restocking harmful foods. You can do this. Let’s go shopping!
