If you have waited to jump on the organic and non-GMO wagon due to financial or other reasons, here is helpful guide to buying healthly minimally pesticide affected produce without buying all organic.

You may or may not have heard of the Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen.

Also buying organic means non GMO

Non GMO does not mean safe or pesticide free.

Here is a list of fruits and veggies that you may want to avoid or purchase organic to avoid harmful pesticides and GMO’s:

BUY ORGANIC
